Amphenol is one of the largest manufacturers of interconnect products in the world, with a diverse portfolio of products and services for various markets and applications. We are looking for a Cyber Security Analyst who will join our Information Technology team and help us protect our systems and data from  cyber threats.

We are looking for a talented and trustworthy certified ethical hacker to conduct in-depth penetration tests on our customer’s computer systems. As a certified ethical hacker, you will be required to research the type of system being used, find ways to penetrate the system and identify any weaknesses. You may also be required to create penetration test reports and advise on security upgrades.

To ensure success as a certified ethical hacker, you should have advanced knowledge of computer and internet security systems, high-level hacking skills, and the ability to create clear and concise reports. A top-notch certified ethical hacker quickly identifies security flaws and provides useful advice on how to improve the system.

CERTIFIED ETHICAL HACKER

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Assist the VP, IT in executing an integrated, value-adding Cyber Security program via IT General Controls and Cyber Security Controls.
  • Analyze and monitor the information security risks across all Amphenol operations, and recommend solutions to mitigate them.
  • Schedule and conduct detailed reviews of cyber security systems and infrastructures to verify their security and compliance.
  • Researching the company's system, network structure, and conduct penetration and vulnerability tests on the company's systems and networks and identify any breaches or weaknesses.
  • Identifying and recording security flaws and breaches.
  • Identifying areas of high-level security.
  • Reviewing and rating the security network.
  • Creating suggestions for security upgrades.
  • Compiling penetration test reports for the client.
  • Conducting penetration tests once new security features have been implemented.
  • Suggesting alternate upgrades.
  • Research and implement the requirements for any applicable Cyber Security Certification (e.g. CMMC, NIST, TISAX).
  • Manage the cyber security findings log and ensure appropriate follow-up and remediation.
  • Plan, implement, manage, monitor and upgrade security measures for the protection of the organization’s data, systems and networks.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve problems related to cyber security and network issues.
  • Build and maintain a partner relationship with management and stakeholders to develop and maintain cost-effective, efficient systems of Cyber Security control.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • CEH Certification.
  • CISSP or CISM Certification a plus.
  • Proven work experience as a certified ethical hacker.
  • Advanced knowledge of networking systems and security software.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, IT or related STEM subject.
  • Strong analytical skills - ability to analyze and detect trends, issues or flaws; determine root cause of issues; and partner with others to drive solutions.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills, including report writing experience.
  • Knowledge of information security risk management frameworks and compliance practices.
  • The ability to think critically and innovatively about the security solutions that can keep data safe while still allowing a business to flourish.
  • Stay up to date with current news, techniques, seminars and trends in the cyber security field.
  • Attention to detail, QA skills, the ability to “think forward,” adept at problem solving and addressing issues and complications before they expand.
  • Experience with and knowledge of hardware and software, networks, data centers, systems and other related areas related to cyber security.
